I can help you navigate the world of blood sugar management through a non-diet lens. Patients that see me regularly usually lower their A1c by 1-2 points. Together we can come up with a plan that works for you to feel confident in your diabetes management.

My job is to get to know you and your personal struggles, to truly understand what it’s like living in your body. I work with you to set goals and support you in reaching them. I will never judge you for what you eat, no food police here!
Insurance Information
I am in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare plans. Many plans cover nutrition counseling sessions at little to no cost to you.
If you have health insurance through a different carrier (like Cigna or Aetna), I will provide super bills to submit to your insurance for a possible reimbursement.
